4 lata po... Wystawa fotografii Witolda Pizonia
| Four years later... An exhibition of photographs by Witold Pizoń |
| We would like to invite to the Zwierzyniec Artistic Salon at 41 Królowej Jadwigi Street for the exhibition Four years later… An exhibition of photographs by Witold Pizoń. John Paul II was one of the most famous Poles. The first and the only Poles who held an office of the Head of the Church in the See of Saint Peter. Apart from being a priest he was a poet, an actor, dramatist and educator. We all know his literary output. John Paul II died on April 2nd, 2005. In 2005, just after he had died, in most of cities in Poland and all over the world, memorial celebrations and prayers took place. Such celebrations took place in Kraków, the city which John Paul II bound a part of his life with, as well. I watched the happenings in Kraków I couldn’t have helped myself from taking pictures and making a photographic documentation. I would like to invite you to see results of my work. Witold Pizoń Witold Pizoń – was born in 1971 in Kraków. He is a photographer, yachtsman and traveler. He lives and creates in Kraków.
